Adam ★★★★★

These little sticks pack a serious punch of berry flavor that's both sweet and tart, and the added electrolytes actually made a difference during my afternoon workout. Mixed it with water and it dissolved quickly without any chalky residue.

John ★★★★★

I've been using these after my morning workouts and the electrolytes really help me rehydrate without that chalky aftertaste. The berry flavor is pleasantly tart but not too sweet, and it mixes completely clear in water.

Alexander W. ★★★★★

The tart berry flavor hits right away, and it mixes up clear without any chalky residue. I like that it has actual electrolytes, not just sugar and coloring.
