This keeps me going through the second half of my soccer practice without that heavy, syrupy feeling. The vitamins are a nice bonus I didn't expect.
I grabbed this for my pre-workout hydration, and the grape flavor is actually pleasant—not too syrupy or artificial. The added vitamins are a nice bonus for staying focused during longer sessions.
The electrolytes in this really do make a difference during my afternoon workouts — I felt way more focused than with plain water. That grape flavor is surprisingly pleasant, not overly sweet or artificial tasting.
